The client you will be working with provides hands-on expert property management, maintenance and leasing services to owners of single family homes, and estates.
The Job activities for this job are the following:
- Assist PMs, Owners, Accounting with financials questions and tasks regarding the Residential side.
- Requesting contributions for projects, management fees, or unpaid invoices.
- Review and Send financial packets for all properties monthly following the spreadsheet I created with specific instructions. Send PDF packets of properties that need to be mailed to the receptionist or myself to send from office.
- Delinquency calls/ letter/ reports. Report to the PM weekly (or monthly) with status updates so they can report to the owners regarding delinquent owners.
- Review, identify and correct tenant ledgers and inform PMs when tenants are paying incorrect amounts that results in a balance.
- Process late fees on the 15th
- Send notices to tenants when directed by PMs or directed by Maintenance department.
- Sending Management and Lease agreements
- Onboarding new properties from start to finish by following the checklist to receive all necessary information and documents before start date.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Regular schedule: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM Mexico City time.
Daylight saving: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Mexico City time.

Minimum requirements
- Strong communication skills in writing
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Around 3 years of experience managing tickets (open ticket, assignation, follow up and closure)
- Strong Customer Service Skills.
- Prior experience in working in property management as an administrative assistant or leasing coordinator is desired.
